In 1966 it
started to manufacture a version of the
Citroen Dyane,
and a pick up.
In 1975 it changed its name to SAIPA
(Société
anonyme iranienne de production
des automobiles) after the Iranian state
withdrew from the
company.
With effect from 2000, the company
started to
assemble the Xantia.
