Safety tailored to the use of Nemo

In addition to a standard driver's airbag, Nemo can be fitted optionally with a front passenger airbag and front side airbags. If a passenger airbag is fitted, it can be disabled for carrying young children.
Seatbeits with force limiters and pyrotechnic pretensioners are adapted to the airbags. The driver has a seatbeit warning light.
One of the concerns of commercial vehicle users is to protect the goods carried.
For this reason, in the same way as on models further up the market, Nemo's loading bay can be locked independently of the cab, using the plip control from the outside or a button on the dashboard on the inside.
At the same time, the doors lock automatically when the car is moving. An indicator on the instrument cluster informs the driver that the doors are unlocked.

Efficient running gear

The running gear is designed to ensure excellent road manners in all load conditions while maintaining a level of comfort meeting the requirements of target customers. The suspension is of the McPherson type at the front with a flexible transverse bar at the rear. The 14-inch wheels (15inch as an option or with the Worksite Pack) are shod with Michelin tyres. The braking system, with ABS as standard, comprises vented discs at the front and drums at the rear.
