On sale from April 1982: a special edition of 1,800 Visas, the “West End” version of the Visa. This special series is to be sold in France and in some Western European countries.

The Visa “West End” is a Visa Super E (1,124-cc four-cylinder engine developing 50 HP DIN at 5,500 rpm, and 60.8 lb.ft of torque at 2,500 rpm. Fuel consumption: 58.8 mpg at 56 mph, 44 mpg at 75 mph and in urban conditions) transformed by the “Delage red” paintwork which brought (and still brings) success to the 2 CV Charleston. White adhesive strips discretely stress the upper line of the side trims.

The interior trim, in tasteful “leather look” material is Bordeaux red in colour for the seats (with head rests for the front), the door panels, the facia and the rear wheel arch extensions.

A panoramic sun roof is standard, with a tinted laminated windscreen and tinted windows. A rear wash/wipe, fitted radio and alloy wheels are also standard fittings.
